Contributions to Tax Cannabis 2010 are not tax deductible. Corporate, PAC, and personal contributions are acceptable. There is no limit on the amount of contributions. Election law requires us to publicly report cumulative contributions of $100 or more. Foreign nationals are prohibited by law from making contributions to this committee, unless they have permanent residency status in the United States of America (a Green Card). Oaksterdam University is in the news again, and you are invited to participate in this historic celebration for our transition! With the new year and a new location, Oaksterdam University is ramping up to offer an expanded curriculum, introducing brand new educational programs throughout 2010. We are updating our courses, creating new classes and have enhanced our staff to provide the highest quality cannabis education possible. We are so proud to have educated over 6,000 freedom fighters. We plan to increase our efforts and reach thousands more with this new facility, our active alumni, more student activity, and additional staffers.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the Tax and Regulate Cannabis 2010 initiative, sponsored by Oaksterdam University. The current drug policies have failed, and with your contribution we can help fix California's budget problems as well as educate the public about cannabis. Your generosity will help cannabis be taxed and regulated to ensure that there are no more victims of the drug war. Together we can protect cannabis consumers and expand our rights.
